  • Represents homeowners associations with various needs ranging from updating documents to enforcement issues.
  • Represents property owners seeking code variances and zoning changes, needing to quiet title to land, or have easements and/or covenants prepared.
  • Represents landlords and tenants with the preparation and negotiation of leases and tenant improvement construction contracts.
  • Represents achitects and contractors with contract review, the preparation of contracts, and the filing of liens.
