Our Mediation and Arbitration Panel is dedicated to providing highly qualified and experienced mediators and arbitrators to assist in the resolution of disputes in a confidential, expeditious and less costly proceeding. We are available to assist in cases referred by the court, required by contract, or where the parties voluntarily agree.

We are committed to highly ethical standards and will promptly disclose any known or apparent conflict of interest in the matter.

We are able to able to provide comfortable conference rooms in Seattle or Tacoma as needed for the proceedings, or we will travel to locations outside the Seattle/Tacoma area if desired by the parties.
