  • Represented numerous private property owners in eminent domain actions by schools, fire stations, parks, public utilities, and public-transportation projects
  • Successfully established that strip appraisals are an accepted method of valuation, thereby affecting highway acquisitions throughout the State. State v. Paul Bunyon Rifle and Sportsman’s Club
