  • Antitrust: Represented parties(plaintiffs or defendants) in antitrust litigation, including class actions, as lead counsel in litigation involving industries such as cable TV, shrimp processing equipment, broad spectrum antibiotics, electrical equipment, telephone terminal equipment, cement, asphalt, concrete pipe, motion picture exhibition, natural gas (including transmission), agricultural commodities (e.g., cherries, beef processing), Alaskan sockeye salmon, etc.
  • Intellectual Property: Actions involving misappropriation of trade secrets (e.g., flight performance systems for commercial jet aircraft); patent infringement (e.g., computer electronics)
  • Eminent Domain: Highway (Freeway) rights of way, Westlake Mall I & II (Seattle); Washington State Convention & Trade Center (Seattle)
