Representative Cases/Transactions

  • Represented the developer of the University Place Town Center Project, a public/private mixed-use development project in the City of University Place. This project involved many complex issues ranging from municipal bonds, phased construction, leasing, condominiums, multi-level parking, and master associations and covenants.
  • Represented the seller in the sale of the Best Buy building in Bellevue, Washington.
  • Represented the seller in the sale of the Home Depot and Staples buildings in Santa Ana, California.
  • Currently representing the developer for the Ruston Waterway private mixed-use development project. This is a long-term phased project involving shoreline and mixed-use development.
  • Represented the seller in the sale of the Courtyard Marriott Hotel in the Lake Union area of Seattle, Washington. This transaction involved leasehold financing, franchise issues, and the take-back of a hotel management agreement.
