  • Assisted in representing defendant-intervenor Washington Beer & Wine Wholesalers Association in action challenging the validity of Washington laws governing the distribution and sale of beer and wine under the federal antitrust laws and the Commerce Clause of the United States Constitution; case is on appeal to Ninth Circuit.
