  • Has represented the Insurance Commissioner since 1993 in a variety of insurer-receivership actions, including Pacific Marine, Unified Physicians of Washington, KPS Health Plans, Consumers Indemnity, Pacific Association Healthcare, and Cascade National Insurance Company
  • Has recovered more than $19 million for victims of discrimination, retaliation and abuse.
