When a general contractor was accused of negligently installing a drain system causing more than $500,000 in damages, Dave Jensen stepped in to defend the case. The trial included presentation of extensive geotechnical and hydrological evidence relating to the causation of the subject landslide. The trial also involved the development and presentation of complex expert testimony regarding alleged “stigma” damages associated with the alleged detrimental impact on market value of the property separate and apart from actual physical damage. Ultimately, after 2 ½ weeks of trial, Dave obtained a complete defense verdict for our client.
