Our lawyers represented the city of SeaTac , Washington , in a complex suit brought against it by several cities and a school district challenging the construction of a third runway and other new facilities at SeaTac Airport . The litigation involved lengthy administrative proceedings before the State Growth Management Hearings Board, followed by appeals to Superior Court and the Washington Court of Appeals, all of which were successfully concluded in favor of the city.
