No. You will be represented on a contingent fee basis. This means that the lawyers receive a fee, and case expenses are paid, only out of a final recovery. The amount of attorneys fees, and reimbursement of case expenses, is determined by the Court. If there is no recovery, you will not be responsible for any costs or attorneys fees.
