What do I need to do to be part of the class action?
Under the Federal Securities Laws, the Court will appoint lead plaintiffs based in part on the amount of their investment. In general, lead plaintiffs and their lawyers will pursue recovery of losses for all investors who purchased the same securities during the same time periods. If you purchased Metropolitan or Summit investments, you will be automatically included in the class if any of your purchases occurred during the class period. If the Court certifies this case as a class action, you and all other class investors will be represented by the lawyers appointed by the Court. In addition, many investors have signed agreements to be represented by this firm. This gives them continuously-updated information about the legal proceedings, and access to legal advice about their claims.
