We have considerable experience in condominium and homeowner association law.  Our representation includes both owners associations and developers of residential, commercial, and mixed-use condominium projects in transactional issues and, when necessary, litigation.  We create many new condominiums each year and also convert existing buildings into the condominium ownership form.
