On November 20, 2007, Rick Creatura obtained a significant defense verdict on behalf of the Grays Harbor Public Development Authority.  The plaintiff claimed that the Development Authority owed $3 million for an alleged lost commission on a failed sale of nuclear equipment from the Satsop nuclear facility that is now being operated as an industrial park.  After a two-week jury trial in the federal court in Tacoma, a jury returned a defense verdict absolving the Development Authority of all liability.  Victor Torres assisted Mr. Creatura in the defense of the case.
