Rick Creatura, representing the Washington State Medical Association and six individual physicians, has successfully settled a lawsuit against Regence Blueshield regarding the insurance company’s creation of its “Select Network” program.  Regence had previously voluntarily withdrawn the program and apologized to physicians and members regarding any misunderstandings arising from initial communications about the program.  Click here to view the official press release.
