Stephanie Bloomfield and Rick Creatura successfully represented three former Thurston County deputy prosecutors in a gender-discrimination case against Thurston County.  After a three-week trial, a Mason County jury ruled in favor of the three women on all claims including gender discrimination, retaliation, and wrongful termination.  The jury awarded the three women a total of $1.52 million in damages and compensation for lost wages.  The judge subsequently awarded the plaintiffs all requested attorneys fees and costs plus a 1.5 multiplier on all fees incurred up to the time of verdict.
