GTH attorneys led by Bill Lynn chart the legal strategies for converting the old Asarco Superfund site near Point Defiance into a walking-friendly community of condominiums and parks.  While representing the developer, Point Ruston LLC, Lynn works with Tacoma, the Town of Ruston, and the state Department of Ecology to achieve planning and environmental approvals for the redevelopment.  Point Ruston will include a hotel, offices, stores, restaurants, town homes, apartments, parks, and a walkway connecting the waterfront and Point Defiance.  The project will convert a site that was highly polluted and sealed off to a beautiful neighborhood that the whole region will enjoy.
