Stephanie Bloomfield obtained summary judgment dismissal of a slip and fall case where the Plaintiff sustained traumatic brain injuries as a result of a fall in the restroom of our client's business due to a wet mat.  The damages claimed included  medical bills in excess of $200,000 and permanent disability.  After depositions of the Plaintiff and discovery confirmed that there was no notice to the business of any problem or danger, Stephanie filed the summary judgment motion and persuaded the court to dismiss the entire case.
