Governor Christine Gregoire has named GTH-Governmental Affairs associate Aaron Toso as her press secretary effective December 10th.  At GTH-Governmental Affairs, Toso created and implemented communications and public affairs strategies for a diverse group of municipal, business and technology clients on issues ranging from building mapping for first responders, DNA testing programs, economic development projects and efforts to curb predatory lending.  Congratulations, Aaron!
