We represented public utilities in one of the largest securities fraud cases in history involving the Washington Public Power Supply System. Most recently, we were named the lead plaintiffs' counsel in a mulitmillion securities fraud case filed against Metropolitan Mortgage & Securities Company, Summit Securities, Inc., and Metropolitan Investment Securities, Inc. that is currently pending in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Washington.
