GTH is delighted to announce that Steve Victor has joined the firm as a partner.  Victor comes to GTH from the City of Tacoma, where he was a Senior Assistant Attorney for eight years and served as counsel to the City’s Public Works department, Finance department, and Environmental Services Utility.  Victor represented the City in the financing and construction of many major capital projects, including the Tacoma Convention Center and Police headquarters and substations; he was also the City’s counsel on several public-private partnership projects, including the Museum of Glass and the downtown Marriott hotel.  During this period Victor also gained significant experience in information technology as a result of being the City’s counsel for the successful implementation of SAP enterprise software and 800mhy public safety radio system.  Before joining the City, Victor worked for three years as a Washington Assistant Attorney General, where he represented the Business and Professions Division of the Department of Licensing.
