On October 20, 2008, the Washington State Court of Appeals affirmed a 14 million dollar jury verdict entered in favor of the Salvini family by a King County jury in April 2007. Kenny Salvini, represented at trial by James Beck and Jack Connelly (a former GTH partner), was permanently injured in a 2004 skiing incident.
