Our experience with the Endangered Species Act ranges from one of the original plaintiffs’ attorneys in the TVA v. Hill case to current work on habitat conservation plans, helping landowners and governments navigate through consultations, and addressing innovative ways to address the needs of both listed species and people looking to navigate through the potential regulatory hurdles. Finally, we have helped negotiate landmark agreements like the Timber, Fish and Wildlife to help move policy forward on a regional level.
