We represent individual investors and defendants in securities-fraud litigation. We represented public utilities in one of the largest securities fraud cases in history involving the Washington Public Power Supply System. We were also named the lead plaintiffs' counsel in a mulitmillion securities fraud case filed against Metropolitan Mortgage & Securities Company, Summit Securities, Inc., and Metropolitan Investment Securities, Inc. in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Washington.
