Role Overview

Gordon Thomas Honeywell seeks a real estate transactional attorney with three to five years of experience. GTH was established in Tacoma in 1894. GTH has offices in both Seattle and Tacoma and is a full-service firm. The ideal candidate for this position will be a team-oriented person with strong written and oral communication skills. Candidates should also possess excellent logical and analytical thought processes, strong organizational skills, a strong work ethic, work autonomously, and have interpersonal skills and the entrepreneurial spirit necessary to develop cohesive client and peer working relationships. Practice will include all aspects of real estate transactions related to Real Estate commercial leases and purchase and sale agreements, business structuring, lending and financing, construction issues, liens and contracts, easements, development, and condominiums.


Skills Needed to be Effective in this Role

• 3-5 years of substantive experience in transactional real estate.
• Excellent research and writing skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills focused on serving our client’s legal needs and working well with colleagues.
• Good judgment, responsiveness, and communication
• Self-motivation and one who takes the initiative.
• Licensed to practice in the state of Washington.


The salary ranges from $105,000 to $135,000, and opportunities for rapid career advancement. Additional benefits include medical, dental, 401(k), paid holidays, and professional development opportunities. The position may work out of our Tacoma or Seattle office, and hybrid work options are available between the office and home.
