Teresa B. Daggett, Partner
  • Although she was born in Schenectady, New York and grew up in Louisville, Kentucky, Teresa Daggett realized that she was destined to live in the Northwest when she arrived here on a cold, wet day in late June and finally felt like she was home. Some things are just meant to be.

With over twenty years of experience in corporate and securities law, Teresa is passionate about using her knowledge and experience to bring bottom-line value to her technology-based and traditional business clients. She works with a wide variety of companies, including retail and wholesale businesses, service businesses, cannabis-related businesses, university spin-outs, medical device manufacturers, and software and hardware development firms.

Teresa understands that, for a business, establishing a relationship with its lawyer is as important as trusting its accountant or having good insurance. By listening to your concerns, she can help with your current, pressing issues, clean up past corporate records, and help plan the future of your business.
